Please read this terms carefully before contact us or request any service to avoid waste our time.
USE OF SERVICES
Our services are explained in detail before start a project and you must agree with that terms, conditions and prices to get started. Once we start to work, is not possible any change. We establish a specific contract with each customer and we'll complete the agreed job on the established timeline under terms and conditions agreed by both sides on same contract.
Using our services and contracting us under a not legal deal, you agree not to:
- Sharing or exposing information about our projects or members publicy.
- Reselling our services in clearweb, deepweb or darknet marketplaces.
- Harassing or abusing others by engaging in threats under our name.
- Disclosure information about source code of our software and tools.
If you broke this rules we may terminate your contract at any time so respect this rules if you want keep contracting us on future.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
Information that you provide to us to get started with a project will be deleted and purged after finish the job with low level format.
PAYMENT METHODS
WE ONLY ACCEPT BTC (BITCOIN) AND XMR (MONERO): Bitcoin will swap to Monero and Monero will swap to Bitcoin for improve privacy and keep all customer transactions anonymous.
METHOD OF WORK
We charge 50% before start to work and 50% remaining when the job is completed and you have seen reliable proofs to confirm it. If you don't feel confortable paying half upfront because you are a new customer and don't know us you can use an escrow service. We accept most escrows from trusted communities like Exploit.IN and XSS.is between other sites.
PROOFS OF WORK
We'll provide reliable proofs to confirm that the job is completed before but we don't provide access to target sites/accounts until full payment is confirmed on the blockchain network.
NO WARRANTIES
This service is provided as-is with no warranty, express or implied so we have nothing to do if we get a password and it's changes after a successful delivery confirmed on both sides.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damage so this mean that you are the only responsible for our actions.
DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CryptoHackers won't be responsible for the actions that a person may take after using it's services. We don't care at all, so you can blame us, but if you get caught, LE will fuck you up. We provide security tips to safe-access on hacked server/accounts so you must follow our tips and avoid leave any traces and fingerprints that might compromise or harm your identity.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
CryptoHackers is hosted in the Tor Network and all our servers are hidden but located in a safe country out of the 14 Eyes jurisdiction so we don't give a fuck about governing law and any data requests issued to us will NOT be replied but info will be shared with those involved customers to help them to solve any OPSEC measures needed in that hypothetical case.
